Arabdown SEO is an Arabic-first SEO plugin for WordPress. Most SEO plugins translated their interface into Arabic, but their analysis engine was still built for English. Arabdown SEO is built for Arabic from the ground up — while working perfectly for any language and any theme.

Free features

• Snippet editor — per-post SEO title and meta description, in both the block editor (Gutenberg) and the classic editor.
• Schema & Open Graph — clean Schema.org JSON-LD structured data plus correct Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, RTL-safe.
• XML sitemaps — automatic, extensible sitemaps.
• Import from Yoast / Rank Math — move all your titles and descriptions in one click; template variables (for example %%title%%) are resolved to real text. Your data is never overwritten unless you ask. Works even after the old plugin is deactivated.
• Real Arabic text engine — letter normalization (diacritics, alef/hamza/yaa forms, taa marbuta) and light stemming of prefixes and suffixes, so different forms of the same Arabic word match instead of relying on naive literal matching.
• Redirect manager & 404 monitor — create 301/302/307/410 redirects (exact / prefix / regex) and turn every broken link into its correct destination in one click.
• Local SEO — LocalBusiness schema (business type, address, coordinates, opening hours, social links) plus an [arabdown_local_business] shortcode that displays your business card (address / hours / map) in Arabic, RTL.

Pro (optional paid add-on)

A separate paid add-on unlocks AI-assisted writing and content optimization for Arabic, index monitoring, an analytics dashboard, E-E-A-T signals, and smart internal links. The free plugin above is fully functional on its own.

• الاستيراد من Yoast وRank Math بنقرة — انقل كل العناوين والأوصاف من إضافتك القديمة دفعة واحدة؛ متغيّرات القوالب (مثل %%title%%) تتحوّل إلى نص حقيقي، وبياناتك لا تُستبدل أبدًا إلا بطلبك، ويعمل الاستيراد حتى لو كانت الإضافة القديمة معطَّلة.
• رأس صفحة نظيف — وسم canonical واحد صحيح بلا تكرار، وإخراج مُهرَّب آمن وفق معايير ووردبريس.

الخصوصية

الإضافة المجانية تعمل بالكامل على خادمك ولا تتصل بأي خدمة خارجية افتراضيًّا. أي تكامل اختياري (مثل IndexNow) معطَّل حتى تفعّله بنفسك، مع بيان واضح لما يُرسل ولمن (التفاصيل في قسم External services أعلاه).

النسخة الاحترافية (اختيارية)

External services

By default this plugin works entirely on your own server, and its core features (snippet editor, Schema/Open Graph, sitemaps, redirects, local SEO) do not contact any external service.

This plugin bundles the shared Arabdown Core framework, which provides optional integrations that are OFF by default and are only used if you explicitly enable the matching feature (some are part of the paid Arabdown SEO Pro add-on):

• IndexNow — OFF by default. It is never contacted unless you explicitly turn on index submission in Settings → SEO → Sitemaps. When you enable it, the URL of the published page, your site host, your IndexNow key, and the key-file location are sent to participating search engines (api.indexnow.org) to speed up indexing. • AI provider of your choice — if you enable AI features and enter your own API key, the text you ask to process is sent to the provider you select, under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. • Google Search Console / Analytics — if you connect a Google account via OAuth, the plugin reads your Search Console / Analytics data (googleapis.com) to display reports inside wp-admin.
