Not a trial, not a locked feature list: unlimited affiliates, no commission taken on your sales, no account to create anywhere. Give each affiliate a referral link and, if you want, a WooCommerce coupon of their own. When a customer buys through that link or that coupon, Sevol records the referral, calculates the commission, and waits for the order to actually be paid before approving it. Everything runs inside your own WordPress. You can also register affiliates yourself. * Optional terms of the program that the affiliate has to accept at signup. * One referral link per affiliate, with a tracking cookie whose lifetime you choose. * Native WooCommerce coupons tied to an affiliate, so the sale is credited even when the buyer never touched the link. * Commission approved only when the order reaches a paid status, and reversed automatically if the order is refunded. * Commission rules per product, per category and per individual affiliate, as a percentage or a fixed amount per unit. * A front-end affiliate dashboard through the `[sevol_painel_afiliado]` shortcode, with clicks, referrals, approved earnings and pending earnings. * Withdrawal requests: the affiliate asks for a payout once they reach the minimum you set, and sends their payment details with it. * Commission list with date range filter and CSV export. * Notification e-mails for the affiliate and for the store owner. * Test mode, so you can run a few orders and watch the whole flow before going live. * A setup wizard on first activation, which also creates the affiliate dashboard page for you. #### How the commission is decided Sevol looks for a rate in this order and stops at the first one it finds: 1. A rate set on the affiliate. 2. A rate set on the product. 3. A rate set on the product category. 4. The store default. That way you can pay 5% across the store, 15% on one launch product and a special rate to one partner, without any of the rules fighting each other. #### Free and paid The affiliate program above is the free plugin, complete. There is no premium tier of it. Cashback is a separate product: **Sevol Pro**, a paid add-on sold at [sevol.app](https://sevol.app). It gives store credit back to the customer so they come back to spend it. You never need it to run your affiliate program, and this plugin does not nag you to buy it. #### Languages Sevol is fully translatable and ships with a Brazilian Portuguese translation inside the plugin. On an English store every screen, e-mail and notice shows in English. Set your site language to Portuguese (Brazil) and the whole plugin follows, plurals and date format included. Money and dates always come from your own WooCommerce settings, and the payout field is free text, so a bank account, a wallet, PayPal or Pix all fit. #### Built to behave * Compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage), declared through the official WooCommerce API. * Does not touch the checkout. No extra field, no script injected into the page your customer pays on. * Standard WooCommerce hooks only. No core file edits, no database hacks. * No calls to external services. Install WooCommerce and make sure it is active. 2. Install Sevol through Plugins > Add New, or upload the zip through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu. 4. Follow the setup wizard, or go to Sevol > Settings and set your default commission and cookie lifetime. 5. A page with the affiliate dashboard shortcode is created for you. You can also paste `[sevol_painel_afiliado]` into any page of your own. ## सामान्य प्रश्न ### Does it require WooCommerce? Yes. Sevol reads WooCommerce orders to know when a sale happened and how much it was worth, so WooCommerce has to be installed and active. It works with any theme, and it adds nothing to the checkout page itself. ### Is there a limit on affiliates, or a fee per sale? No to both. Unlimited affiliates, no fee on your revenue and no cap on turnover. The plugin takes nothing from your sales. ### When is a commission approved? When the order reaches a paid status. If the order is later cancelled or refunded, the commission is reversed automatically, as long as it has not been paid out yet. ### Does the plugin pay my affiliates? No. Sevol works out what each affiliate is owed and collects the payment details they entered, but the transfer is made by you, through your bank or whatever method you already use. After paying, you mark the commission as paid in the Commissions screen. ### Can anyone sign up and start earning? No, and that is on purpose. Every signup arrives as pending and only becomes an affiliate when you approve it in the Affiliates tab. You can also register people yourself and skip the signup form entirely. ### Can an affiliate earn from their own purchase? No. A referral is ignored when the buyer is the affiliate themselves. ### Can I give a different commission on one specific product? Yes. Open the product, go to the Sevol section and set a rate there. That rate beats the category rule, which beats the store default. A rate set directly on an affiliate beats all of them. ### What happens if the customer uses the coupon instead of the link? The sale is still credited. A coupon tied to an affiliate counts as a referral on its own, which covers the customer who heard about you on a video or a live and typed the code by hand. ### Does the plugin send data to an external server? No. The free plugin makes no external request of any kind. Everything is stored in your own database, which also means no third party sees your customer list. ### I used the old version, do my shortcodes still work? Yes. `[afp_painel_afiliado]` still works as an alias of `[sevol_painel_afiliado]`, so pages you already published keep working after the rename. ### What is Sevol Pro? No other behavior changes. #### 1.0.2 * Security: CSV exports can no longer let a cell be read as a spreadsheet formula. An affiliate picks their own display name and payment details, so those fields could carry a formula that ran when the store owner opened the file. * Security: affiliate coupons are now capped per affiliate, and only an approved affiliate can create one.
