It adds a control to the Elementor image widget to remove the Lazy Load attribute.
Normally, if you use Elementor, also the first image that appears in the viewport is lazy loaded, and this is not good for performance.
By removing the lazy load attribute to the first image that appears in the viewport you can improve the LCP which is an important performance metric.
How to remove the lazy load attribute from specific images with Elementor
Install and activate Lazy Load Control For Elementor
Select “Do not lazy load” in the Elementor image widget.
Save.
Done!

Hi, really like this plugin, however it seems to only add the functionlity to Elementor image widget so far. Is it possible to add the functionality to the Site Logo widget, aswell as background images and basically any other widget that allows an image/icon upload? Thanks alot!
Hola Jose, only on search engine search did your plugin appear! I hunted for it from add new plugin with 'lazy load control for Elementor' term and nothing. Even by author and your name - nothing.
Only after I marked as favorite your plugin [from search results on SE page] and then can I see it in my favorites when seeking to add to a site.
Very difficult and you'll never get users like this!
Not all know to search with the right keyword term....
Via DuckDuckGo I see a Japanese and ES page on repository for your plugin. Needs EN keywords and text or no one finds your plugin!
Please also add support to exclude Elementor Background images from lazyloading. Need this for abovefold section [Hero]. Thank you! Gracias.
I'm the author but also a user of Lazy Load Control For Elementor.
I think this plugin offers a clean way to remove the lazy load from specific images in Elementor.
By removing the lazy load from the image that appear in the viewport you can dramatically improve the LCP.
If you do it via code next time you change image you need to check your code and change it. With this plugin the maintenance is easier, and it's extremely lightweight.
I love it 🙂
