### Faxosaurus Features

 * **Unlimited Forms and Responses**: Create as many forms as you want, with as 
   many fields as you want
 * Share forms wih a QR code
 * **Geolocated Responses**: Responses to forms include IP address and geolocation
 * **Template Libary**: A collection of pre-built forms to get you started quickly
 * **Encryption**: Data stored on Faxosaurus is encrypted at rest and in transit,
   in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
 * Multi-part forms
 * Custom form themes
 * Alerts when forms are completed
 * **Contact Management**: Any contact information collected on a form, such as 
   name, phone, or email address, is displayed on Faxosaurus’ contact screen
 * **Submission Statistics**: Track which forms are getting the most response

Once installed, “Faxosaurus” will be available as a block selection in the Gutenberg
editor. Select that block type, then choose which form you’d like to embed on the
page or post you’re editing.

 1. Add this plugin to your WordPress site.
 2. Visit the [Integrations](https://faxosaurus.com/app/integrations) page on Faxosaurus
    and make sure the WordPress integration is enabled.
 3. Click the Settings button on the Integrations page to reveal your Faxosaurus API
    key and copy it.
 4. In your WordPress admin, go to the Faxosaurus settings page using the link in the
    left hand menu.
 5. Paste the API key and press “save changes”

Congratulations! The plugin is installed and configued.
