Then you can share the password reset link by the means you deem most appropriate, not necessarily via email.

How to get a direct password reset link

• Install and activate Direct Password Reset Link
• Go to Users
• Go with your mouse on the row of the user you want to give the password reset link to
• Righ-click and copy the link
