Fatal error upon activation due to a file not being in the "includes" folder. There is no "includes" folder. Someone attempted to resolve the issue on one of the support threads, but I didn't find that solution a successful one. This plugin is not ready for production based on my tests.

I love this plugin. Chris (Slushman) is not only very creative, he also responds promptly to inquiries about his work. Thank you. Vida Mas
